River Crossing LLC is a privately held Tennessee Partnership. The Chief Manager is Jim Williams of Sevierville and his father Freeman Williams is a General Manager. The Williams family has been developing in the East TN area since the mid 1960’s beginning with a motel in Gatlinburg. Over the years they have developed over ten hotels in three states. Currently they hold a large interest in the Clarion Inn of Gatlinburg. They built this property in 1996 and it is a Platinum award winning Hotel and is currently one of the most desired hotels in the area. (there is a link on the links page) They have built many residential subdivisions in the Sevier Co. area, including subdivisions in Gatlinburg, Seymour, New Center and Sevierville. Also, they have developed strip centers in Knoxville. They have been principle owners in restaurants, entertainment venues and other business endeavors. Each project has given them insight to the Real Estate market in East TN. Jim has a degree in Real Estate and Finance from East TN State University (86) and currently runs the development operation. He has been a developer since 1991 with over 100 homes built and sold in the Sevier Co. area. His companies have sold over 50 million in residential and commercial properties in East TN. With their diversified experience they bring an experienced foundation to the River Crossing Resort project.
